Brigadoon Scottish Highlands Ranch is presently taking orders for 1/4, 1/2 or whole beef. Orders for 1/2 or whole may select their own cutting order, ie cuts desired and thickness. Cash or check, on a Colorado bank, are our only means of finance. Our price is determined by the value we put into an animal, as to the value we expect in return. 

We are a small family operation and product availability is limited.
